Feoffees
About Feoffees
The charity is organised as an independent association of local residents with a body of Feoffees comprising elected and nominated members.
Feoffees are the trustees of the charity and are the people who are legally responsible for the overall management and decision making.
The Feoffees are elected or appointed at the Annual Town Meeting (which is held in October) and hold office for four years. The two Townwardens are elected annually at the Annual Town Meeting.
