Melton Mowbray Town Estate

The Town Estate owns, manages and runs the sports grounds for the convenience of the townspeople, at no cost on the rates and at preferential rents to the clubs.

Leicester Road

Home of the Tennis Centre, Five-a-Side Football, Pitch & Putt, the Mowbray Train and Small Children’s Playground, Picnic Areas and Tranquil Gardens. A refreshment kiosk and covered seating area.

The site can be booked for children’s parties to include miniature train. Prices on application.

Egerton Park

Two football pitches let to both Saturday and Sunday league teams, showers and changing rooms. It is also the home of Egerton Park Cricket Club.

Egerton Park plays host to major Town events, like Melton Day and sporting events.

Asfordby Road Sports Ground

An 18 hole pitch and putt golf course; two football pitches let to both Saturday & Sunday League teams; showers and changing rooms are provided. A refreshment kiosk and seating area. It is a Registered Caravan site and the site is also available for corporate booking and events. (details on request)

All England Sports Ground

Rugby, football and cricket clubs use the ground and have their own pavilion.
